cuvée which marries freshness, gourmandise and salinity.

Gentle pressing, fermentation and ageing in stainless steel thermoregulated vats
Tasting:
A beautiful and appetising pale pink robe.
A fresh and appetising nose. Strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant mix with delicate
citrus and mineral notes.
Fresh, crisp fruits, followed by a nice presence in the palate and a lasting finish.
Food pairing:
Serve at approximately 10-12oC, can be married with Iberique Bellota ham, Tuna
Tataki, stuffed vegetables or spiced dishes.
