away, the vines of Talaïa benefit from a unique landscape in an exceptional
environment.
Grape Varieties:
Grenache Noir, Carignan (in majority) and Syrah.
Vinification:
Traditional fermentation and ageing in stainless steel thermoregulated vats
Tasting:
A deep red robe with brilliant violet reflections.
A nose of red and dark fruits mix with hints of scrubland and spices. A concentrated
presence in the palate where tannins melt. A nice balanced finish, drawn out by a
sensation of freshness created by the unique nature of the domaine.
Food pairing:
Serve at approximately 16-18ºC, can be married with matured beef, lamb shoulder
with garlic confit or other meats with sauces.
